Equanimity AG has been registered with the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) since 2020 as a TT service provider in the function of a Token Generator under Article 12 of the Liechtenstein Token and Trustworthy Technologies Service Provider Act (TVTG). Palaimon Capital is the brand under which Equanimity AG conducts its personal advisory practice for family-owned businesses — succession, restructuring and special situations. As such, this advisory practice is neither asset management within the meaning of the Liechtenstein Asset Management Act (VVG) nor investment advice within the meaning of the Liechtenstein Banking Act (BankG); no corresponding licence is claimed for the advisory services rendered under the Palaimon Capital brand. Activities requiring a financial-market licence — in particular tokenisations of equity and debt instruments — are conducted through the regulated vehicle Equanimity AG itself (TVTG registration as above).
